August 16, 2011 Board Meeting Agenda Item #10 Title APPROVAL OF UTILITY EASEMENT ON BOOKER HIGH SCHOOL PROPERTY TO CITY OF SARASOTA Description As part of the Orange Avenue realignment for the Booker High School rebuild project, the City of Sarasota needs a utility easement to access underground utility pipes should it become necessary in the future.  In order to have access to do this, a utility easement from the School Board is required. Recommendation That the School Board of Sarasota County approve the utility easement for the City of Sarasota, as presented.
